Email marketing is
used to keep your customers informed, increase sales, and create a community
around your brand (e.g. with a newsletter).
The use of email is to advertise products or services while building relationships with prospective customers or clients is known as email marketing. It's basically direct mail delivered electronically rather than through the mail.
Newsletters with business updates, as well as sales promotions and exclusive deals for subscribers, are examples of email marketing. In the aftermath of a natural disaster or a company scandal, marketing emails may attempt to share a general message on the company's behalf.
Email marketing, at its best, allows companies to keep customers informed and tailor marketing messages to their specific needs.
